Rick purchased Transportation Management Techniques, then located in Winston Salem in 1994 a year after graduation from Dartmouth’s Tuck Business School MBA program. The company relocated to Chapel Hill with this change in ownership to a more strategic position outside the Research Triangle Park. Under Rick’s direction, vision, and a new name, TMTsoftware has flourished into the respected industry leader for fleet maintenance management software boasting over 400 customers nationwide and in Canada, Mexico, and South America.
A. Renaldo Adler

Renaldo has been with development team of TMTsoftware for over 15 years beginning with the first release of TRANSMAN® as a DOS product. He has been instrumental in bring the AS/400, Windows, and ASP versions of TRANSMAN® to the marketplace. Renaldo and the development team of TMTsoftware continue to build on the features within TRANSMAN®.
Alan G. Tomlinson
Vice-President – Consulting, Implementation, and Training
Alan has began working with TMTsoftware in 1995, managing the Technical Support Department and the internal network. He designed and manages the Consulting, Implementation, and Training Department of TMTsoftware.

Mark began his career in 1994 with TMTsoftware as Director of Quality. After a brief time away, Mark returned to TMT in 2000 to lead our sales team. He works with prospects to provide maintenance management solutions.

Jim has been with TMTsoftware for over 8 years and is responsible for the design and development of the TRANSMAN/i5® product.
